Sam Hogg is a producer, recording and mixing engineer, and drummer. Sam reveres the humanity in every musical situation and facilitates a creative and safe environment to push musical boundaries.
Sam is equally excited working on projects where an ultra-realistic representation of the music is demanded or where heavy processing and experimentation is needed. Sam’s production philosophy stems from his background in recording live concerts where microphone positioning is crucial.
After spending the last few years recording local artists in Brisbane and at Sydney’s Studios 301, Sam brings his experience and enthusiasm to recording, mixing and mastering jazz, hip hop, pop and classical music projects.
